I have scored 94 % aggregate with best of 4 being 93.75% for Bcom(hon)..?

I have scored 94 % aggregate with best of 4 being 93.75% for Bcom(hon), if i choose venkateshwara in "south campus", will i be able to migrate to SRCC, hindu or hansraj in "north campus" later if i scored well in college exams?
