GETTING DEPRESSED HELP!! :(?
a few years ago I went through a break up and was very depressed. i even went to see a therapist. my advise to you, they gave me was, think of your favorite color. think of one that is relaxing if its a light color or a cool color that's good. nothing like red or black. now! buy a page of stickers of that color put them in places where you'll see it like a tooth brush your hair brush, the fridge, the corner of the mirror "get it" eventually you will start seeing more of the relaxing colors around town... and believe me it will get you mind off things and thing will start getting into perspective. my wife, her eyes are so blue they relax me and I love looking into them. and I'll admit to meeting her at my lowest point. you don't need a bf if you are not ready it will happen.
