Does the Y/A R&S section present an objective moral dilemma?

One has to close his eyes to a LOT of bending of the rules (and that's a VERY charitable choice of words) in this section. I will admit to reporting one group which I find particularly nauseating: those who obviously know they're violating the CG because they start with, "Spiritually speaking..." before launching into a chatty question which has zero bearing on religion or spirituality. Does that make me a report monkey? If so, give me a banana and refrain from asking, "Spiritually speaking" questions when I'm around.
