My husband has collected all of the BAH what do I do now?

My husband and me have been married a little over a year and we have one young daughter together. We have never lived together because I was waiting for him to finish school. He failed out of one and then went to another. When he finally completed one of the schools he was assigned to pcs to grafenwoehr,germany. This entire time I've been waiting on him and taking care of the baby. I worked and went to school full time while we were married before I had the baby. I didn't have a job for a little while once he told me that we were moving to Germany because my job and other jobs didn't want to hire me if I was leaving in a few months. So I was jobless taking care of the baby at my parents house with their help. I was scared to ask my husband for money because he was always so mean about it and I had no idea how much I was entitled to. Well I was going to a therapist because my husband was so mean and with no job and a baby things were getting pretty difficult. I still had hope that maybe things would get better once we all finally lived with eachother but that never happened. My husband left for Germany and as I was getting me and my daughters things ready to go three days after he got there he told me in a facebook message he wanted a divorce. I was shocked and heartbroken I didn't understand why but I got into his facebook and found out he was cheating on me with numerous woman including a MILITARY SPOUSE. I tried asking for his unit info but he wouldn't give it to me since he left me here in the states with nothing..no access to money and he left his truck with his friend and im still relying on my parents for everything. I finally found out his unit info and talked to his commander after about like a month since my husband made it so difficult but I don't know whats going to happen now I sent IG and his commander messages and pictures of him and his gfs and they say they can't get him on inappropriate realtionships and he has collected all this BAH instead of supporting me and my daughter. I don't know if I should contact CID since hes claimed dependents and kept all that money. I guess I just would like to know what is going to happen now not only for me and my daughter but to my husband in the military.
