Why are some African men in Europe often harrasing teenage white girls?

To be honest i've seen more turkish men and asian men harass white women (along with some african men) then african men. This usually happens in summer time when the women come out with less clothing. The men (who are usually immigrants) can't seem to handle their emotions (horny-ness) due to them not usually experiencing seeing women in their own country look like this (less clothing)..
