I am trying to lose some weight here. Lost 6 pounds. 4 pounds to my target :) Of course I don't eat GRANOLA BARS only, I just eat them during recess everyday with an apple. Is it okay? For lunch, I make my own sandwich, then dinner I eat a good amount of protein (fish, eggs, meat, chicken, etc) very little carbs. For breakfast, I eat Kellog's Corn Flakes with low fat milk (1 cup) around 200 cals. If I am to have a snack during daytime, it would be fruits. What do you think, is it okay to eat granola bars daily?
