How can I obtain a list of veterinarians who are opening up a new practice and who are remodeling?

I have a client that sells to veterinarians and we are trying to market to veterinarians who are planning to open a new practice or who are moving/remodeling their practice. Any ideas where to find a list that targets that segment?
