Does Birth Control make developing breasts larger than they normally would be?

Well ive heard that taking birth control around the age of 14 to like 18 will make a females breasts grow much faster which ive seen myself with gfs. but what i also want to know is if taking birth control would make the breasts larger than they would be without taking it? Like a 16 year old starts taking Birth Control is a B and about a year later is a D would that have happened even without BC.
