Do guys care about their gfs body?

So i run cross country and my bf runs too...i refuse to run in a sports bra because im self conscious...but other girls do...im not fat i just like to be modest...but today were running on the beach so i have to...i was just wondering if a guy will judge a girls body an not like her anymore?...
